Event caterer Seasoned is to be sole caterer at Downham Hall in Essex.
New venue owners Christina and Andrew Metcalfe appointed Seasoned for their first venture within the hospitality and events sector.
The property, which has stood since the 1700’s, will be turned it into a home for meetings and functions including dinners, receptions and private events.
The wedding offer will be boosted by renovations to the hall and accommodation.
Summer conferencing space will be offered in a marquee able to host 200 delegates alongside indoor conferencing for 60 delegates.
Commenting on the contract win, Nicky Pratt, business development director at Seasoned said: “Having Downham Hall on Seasoned’s growing list of significant venues is extremely special to us as we continue growing across Essex and the Home Counties.
