Following on from the London Knowledge Exchange in November, the Professional Conference Management Association (PCMA) is set to host the second instalment in the series at this year’s ibtm world. The Knowledge Exchange, focused on Crisis Management, will take place on 29November at 10.30am – 12.30pm (room CC1.2).
It will look at event safety and crisis communication and will provide attendees with a fool proof checklist to deploy before, during and after a crisis scenario. The event will not only educate, but also help to define crisis management messaging for all stakeholders and future event attendees.
The session is aimed at agencies, corporate event organisers and associations and will discuss how to manage an event crisis with comment from the following spokespeople:
