Saville Audio Visual provided full event production for renowned premium health & beauty brand, Arbonne UK’s 10th anniversary conference at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow, from 14-16 September. The Glaswegian venue was a perfect brand fit for health and wellbeing brand, Arbonne, being the first venue to be accredited a Silver Healthy Venue status by the World Obesity Federation.

The Arbonne Advantage Conference (AAC) saw over 2,400 delegates descend on the SEC to take part in its annual Independent Consultant event. The three-day conference comprised keynote speaker sessions, a vice president dinner, training workshops and product experience areas, as well as a ‘cocktail and diamonds’ evening party complete with live entertainment.

Working alongside Arbonne’s in-house marketing and events team, Saville provided full technical production, creative concepting and video creation for the event. For the keynote speaker sessions, which took place in the SEC Armadillo (Clyde Theatre), Saville installed audio-visual kit to complement the SEC’s existing equipment, including a 45sqm Absen LED screen and cinema projection. The Saville team was also tasked with producing video content in the style of a movie trailer to celebrate Arbonne’s anniversary, which was projected onto an 8m kinesis screen.

The product experience exhibition called for a boost of Saville creativity with the addition of some unusual props sourced from Saville’s little black book of event specialists. Oversized deck chairs, hair salon seating and a set of working traffic lights were all added to the mix to help bring the product exhibition areas to life. Guests even had the opportunity to test out some of the latest products and purchase branded supplies from the various stands in the Arbonne Village.

Saville’s digital team were called in to bring some guest interaction and engagement to the occasion, providing an integrated social media feed which streamed Twitter, Instagram and Facebook content throughout the event. What’s more, during the ‘cocktails and diamonds party’ cool special effect lighting in the form of a giant chandelier, Robe miniPointes and LED wash lights helped transform the arena space with hazing and fog systems adding a touch of sparkle.

Kelly Lloyd-Sanderson, marketing director at Arbonne UK, commented: “After working with Saville for over two years, we trust the team’s ability to both inspire and deliver a truly amazing experience for our delegates and this year is no exception. This AAC is the biggest event in our calendar, so we’re thrilled that we smashed it once again. Independent Consultant feedback was fantastic…and now on to the next one!”

Adam Pike, head of events at Saville, explained: “Over the years, we have developed a great partnership with Arbonne’s marketing and events team, which means we really understand the brand and what the Arbonne team aim to achieve from its events. The AAC is their hero event for the year and great fun to be part of. The scale of it allows us to get really creative, together with being able to demonstrate the vast scope of our services and expertise, from event design to technical production and digital. We were particularly proud of the video content for this one which featured celebrity voiceover artist Redd Pepper and received a resounding applause from the audience.”
