The events included Lululemon’s SweatLife festival, Bike Shed, HYPER JAPAN and Women of Silicon Roundabout.
There are 18 events in the pipeline, also, for August and September, including the International London Tattoo Convention.
Tobacco Dock’s newly opened rooftop bar, Skylight, contributed to the summer season attracting 23,000 visitors since its launch in May.
The Tobacco Dock management also confirms the venue will have played host to 20% of London’s leading food and drink festivals by the end of 2017, including Meatopia, the London Halal Food Festival and Taste of London – Festive Edition.
Jonathan Read, commercial director, says: “We have had a fantastic summer with an abundance of festivals, conferences, summer parties and exhibitions leading to record revenues for the period and growth of around 30% year-on-year”.
