AB Hotels welcomed 200 guests to an exclusive Summer Garden Party at Sopwell House Hotel & Spa in St Albans on 13 July.

Sopwell House showcased the talents of their culinary team with a selection of hot and cold dishes. Food offerings ranged from traditional favourites such as sausage & mash and chicken curry, to summery plates such as pineapple prawns and pesto orzo with asparagus. Mini desserts included cupcakes, lemon posset, Eton mess and lemon meringue pie; accompanied by refreshments such as Pimms, Alcoholic Peach Iced Tea, Prosecco, and Homemade Lemonade.

There was plenty of entertainment throughout the evening and guests could enjoy the Segway Safari, watch the birds of prey, try out the archery or enjoy laser clay pigeon shooting. A wide range of chilled entertainment was also on offer including relaxing in the yurts, enjoying the live music, the raffle and being pampered by ESPA and Clarins.
