Central Hall Westminster appoints new head of marketing

Central Hall Westminster has appointed Anna Glazebrook as its new head of marketing.

She joins Central Hall from RSM (Royal Society of Medicine) where she was responsible for overseeing offline and digital marketing across all channels for 1 Wimpole Street, Chandos House and RSM Club facilities.

Previously Glazebrook worked as group marketing manager for A Curious Group of Hotels and as marketing manager at One Great George Street and Brasserie One. She was also board director and marketing committee chairperson at the Westminster Collection for three years between 2011 and 2014.

The position at the Westminster venue became vacant after Central Hall’s previous head of marketing, Maria Schuett, moved to software company Squirro to take up the post of marketing director.

Glazebrook’s new role will see her developing a new marketing strategy for central London’s largest conference and events venue, overseeing the marketing function and managing her team and related suppliers.

“I am very excited to be working at this magnificent venue and am looking forward to the new opportunities this role brings,” she said. “I am really looking forward to using my experience to build on the current success of Central Hall as a top events venue.”
