Venuedirectory releases Duty of Care Report tracking feature

Venue finding specialists have added a new feature to their GRATIS software designed to offer an extra level of protection to delegates.

The company says that, in light of recent events around the world concerning the security and safety of the public, it has embedded a new tracking feature – a Duty of Care Report – into its venue-finding software. MD Michael Begley tells CN: “Sadly ‘duty of care’ for employees is at the forefront of event planners’ minds at the moment and we wanted to ensure we were enabling our clients with the right information as quickly as possible. As a cloud-based application, our users can access the report from anywhere in the world, any time of the day.”

The company says it worked with the HBBA on the add-on and agents can now access The Duty of Care Report through cloud-based GRATIS and search for the location of any client, at any time, on any date.

Fields can be filtered by name, contact details, number of guests etc., and can show when a guest has checked in or out, via a CSV tabular data storage file.

The new facility is by no means exclusive for safety use, believes it is a valuable asset for tracking guests whenever it is necessary.
