WRG appoints new client engagement director

Live and experiential agency WRG has hired Kristen Waddell as client engagement director.

Waddell will be responsible for client engagement on some of WRG’s global healthcare, technology and retail clients.

Her remit will also involve supporting the teams with existing services and developing new markets for the agency across The Creative Engagement Group, alongside WRG’s sister agencies The Moment and Just Communicate.

Waddell said she was “delighted” to join the team, adding, “WRG has a strong reputation in the industry and I’m excited to be part of their plans for the future.”

Waddell joins WRG from AstraZeneca and brings with her leadership experience of strategic change management, innovation, business process optimisation and global pharmaceutical congresses.
