The Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) is reporting a near sell-out for its annual industry golf day ‘In The Rough’, which this year is being held on the prestigious Brabazon course, at the world-famous Belfry Resort on July 6 2017.
ESSA also reports that sponsorship opportunities are still available.
Andrew Harrison, ESSA director, remarked on the speed with which teams had registered, “In the Rough is a firm favourite on the ESSA calendar now, and having secured the amazing Brabazon course for our 10th anniversary year, there’s been a rush for places.”
Now in its ninth year, ‘In the Rough’ is a light-hearted charity golf competition between event industry professionals in several categories, for a range of trophies and culminating with informal drinks in the club house and a gala dinner.
Following two years’ productive and successful support of ‘In The Rough’, ESSA’s marketing partner beMatrix returns for a third year as the headline sponsor of the event.
Harrison continued “In The Rough is a great chance to catch up with industry colleagues and enjoy the full gala experience with speakers and prizes, but it wouldn’t be possible without the help of the event’s sponsors and supporters.
