Independent hotel group, Arora Hotels, has announced the appointment of Peter Beckwith as regional general manager, a new role within the group.
With over 25 years’ experience in senior hotel management, Beckwith will be responsible for Arora’s hotels in the Gatwick region including the 518-room Sofitel London Gatwick, the 432-room Arora Hotel Gatwick/Crawley and the 821-room Hilton London Gatwick following its recent acquisition by the Arora Group in April 2017.
As well as overseeing their Gatwick hotels, Beckwith will also take on the role of GM at Arora’s flagship hotel, the 453-room InterContinental London – The O2. Beckwith will be based at the InterContinental London – The O2 and report directly to the Arora Group Board of Directors.

Beckwith joins Arora Hotels from his role as area GM London for Hilton where he was responsible for six London properties.
