Future In 15 has released its third episode online. Show host Caleb Parker meets James Rees, director of conferences & events at ExCel London, who shares how the venue re-purposed under-utilised space to create CentrEd and meet the growing demand for small meetings.

He goes on to explain how the design of CentrEd was driven by client feedback and what client wanted out of ExCeL.

Rees believes it’s important for venues and organisers to work together to better under the stakeholder and deliver desired returns. He talks about how ExCeL London is using tech to understand visitors, and is using big data to profile ‘Mr. & Mrs. ExCeL’ in order to personalise their experience.
