Stockport-based hotel booking agency Prestige has invested £100,000 in phase one of its new, cloud-based CRM tool, which it expects to revolutionise the customer experience for procurement, bookers and travellers alike.
The agency says its new system puts the customer relationship at the heart of the business by creating multiple unique digital communities for each client organisation. The agency says this model is breaking down traditional barriers by giving suppliers access to clients. Prestige’s current client list includes Siemens, DPD, System C, Fresenius, Unifrax & Osram.
Recent conference wins for the agency include for TFL and the London School of Business & Finance.
Prestige adds that, in addition to performing conventional systems tasks including bookings, data analysis and compliance tracking, each portal of the new system will enable client, agency and suppliers to co-operatively tailor travel services to the personal requirements of travelling employees as well as their employers.
Procurement is now promised total visibility, in real-time, of organisation-wide activity by division, cost centre, booker or traveller. Prestige’s own sales team will also enjoy the same visibility, even on the move, allowing account management and customer service delivery to become slicker and more integrated.

Prestige has appointed cloud computing consultancy Mint to support the implementation of the new system.
