Windsor-based brand experience agency Ice Experience has been reappointed to work with telecoms giant O2. The new two-year contract extends the agency’s eight-year association with the company.

Ice has managed over 1,500 events for O2 during the period and has taken responsibility for a range of O2 activities including customer and staff events, exhibition design and build, environment design and branding.

Ice MD John Palmer told CN: “We’re extremely happy to be have been awarded a new two-year contract from O2. We’ve worked with O2 for over eight years and they’re a fantastic client. We really act as an extension to the O2 Events Team and have developed a great partnership that we hope to continue not just for the next two years, but many more to come.”

John Worthington, head of events at O2 commented on the new deal: “Ice has been a key supplier of ours since 2009 and over that time we have built a special bond. The continuously high service level provided by Ice has been instrumental in its reappointment for another two years. It is vital that we move the business forward with a partner that understands our needs, contributes energy and a flow of strong original ideas, and delivers 100% on time and on budget. I look forward to continuing this great work with Ice.”
