Jurys Inn Aberdeen Airport (pictured) has unveiled its new look following a £3m transformation.
The hotel’s 147 bedrooms have been fully refurbished and a major part of the work has involved the complete overhaul of the hotel’s meetings and events space.
The hotel’s five meeting rooms have been extensively refurbished and can accommodate between six and 400 delegates.
All public spaces including the lobby, the Osprey Bar and Osprey Restaurant have also been transformed and offer a full range of dining options.
Down at DoubleTree by Hilton Heathrow, hospitality management company Focus Hotels Management (FHM) has just completed the initial phase of a £1.5m refurbishment programme.
The first phase included the total upgrade of all public areas at the 200-room hotel.
FHM chief executive Peter Cashman said: “Following the completion of this initial work we have seen an immediate improvement in food and beverage turnover, and this reflects the very positive comments we have already received from our guests.
“The refurbishment programme will now continue over the next year to include guest bedrooms and a new Wi-Fi system.”
The hotel has six flexible function areas for meetings.
