The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has put itself back on the BDRC’s VenueVerdict gold standard accreditation.
Having first achieved the accreditation in 2009, The RCP has again achieved the gold standard for customer service in 2016.
The Royal College of Physicians director of facilities & events marketing Clive Ostler said: “Being recognised by our clients and delegates as offering a gold-standard service is very rewarding and I am proud of the meetings and events team for this achievement. The high standards we maintain so consistently have ensured that clients continue to receive the best possible service at our venue and the results speak for themselves.”
Research consultancy BDRC Continental provides the only venue accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience. The VenueVerdict Event Planner Feedback module provides venues (including hotel and meeting venues, specialist conference centres, serviced offices and unusual venues) with real-time event feedback from meeting bookers, event hosts and social functions.
The RCP Meetings and Events department operates the commercial conference arm of the Royal College of Physicians. The venue is a Grade 1 listed modernist building in central London with an events capacity of 10-400.
