Manchester Central launches agency information portal

Manchester Central has launched an online information portal to simplify the pitching process for agents. The conference and events venue conducted research among some of the UK’s leading agencies and developed the portal in response to feedback.

The online portal provides agents with immediate access to venue-related information – from floor plans and images to capacities and other logistical information – to make the pitching process quicker and more effective.

Kristy Hogan, venues manager at Team Spirit, said: “Manchester Central’s new portal has really eased the stress of pitching the venue to clients. It can be a very time consuming process but with this tool, all of the relevant information is readily available; enabling us to access everything we need to effectively pitch the venue to our clients!”

The development follows Manchester Central’s implementation of a targeted engagement programme to boost corporate business levels at the venue.
