Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts launches new online booking solution

Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts has launched a new online booking solution for small meeting spaces powered by Meetingsbooker.com.

Clients can now book meeting rooms with live availability in minutes on the hotel’s website. The system has been rolled out to 19 Interstate-managed hotels across the UK, including Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotel properties with more expected to follow later in 2017.

With the Meetingsbooker.com white label technology, clients can book meeting rooms, coffee breaks, lunches and equipment via the hotel website paying with their credit card. The technology also includes a meeting space revenue management platform allowing each hotel to yield their meeting rooms based on demand.

Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts manages meeting and event spaces within its operational portfolio of 64 UK properties.

Kelly Cronin, director of revenue for the UK at Interstate Hotels & Resorts said: “We wanted to deliver the fastest booking solution possible for our clients. Now they can book meetings in a matter of minutes and simply arrive on the day and enjoy our hotels’ modern meeting facilities.”

Meetingsbooker.com allows companies to book meeting space in over 70,000 venues around the world. You can browse and book meeting rooms in hotels, co-working spaces, museums and even private offices.

Ciaran Delaney, founder Meetingsbooker.com, added: “We are driving the digitalization of meeting room bookings, it’s the last part of business travel you can’t book online and we are rapidly changing this. Our white label solution allows venues to sell meeting rooms online with the minimal time, effort and cost.”
