Buyers fall in love with Macdonald Hotels

A hundred industry professionals were invited to Fall in Love with Macdonald Hotels at a reception in London on 6 February.

The UK’s largest independently owned hotel group showcased its MICE offering across its portfolio of 45 hotels as it focuses on targeting the London and international inbound markets with a view to pulling the market out of the capital.

Held at the Swan, Shakespeare’s Globe, Macdonald Hotels’ event team first-hand about the new MICE categorisation strategy. This new approach for the group is designed to streamline services for booking agents and Gill Jackson, sales director, at Macdonald Hotels, said: “It was great to demonstrate the variety of our products and services at this memorable event. Although we currently conduct extensive research on the industry, there is no better insight than meeting and talking to fellow event professionals face-to-face.”
