Kofler & Kompanie predicts Golden Age for event catering

International hospitality brand Kofler & Kompanie is predicting a Golden Age of event hospitality following its recent acquisition of Mustard Catering.

The company claims London as ‘the Silicon Valley of the food scene’ and with its partner brands White Rabbit Fund and Pret A Diner (renowned for its temporary food and art installations), Kofler & Kompanie envisages a growth in innovation and quality for the event industry in the years ahead.

“Through our acquisition of Mustard Catering, we’ve created a proposition that combines heritage and innovation, quality and experiment, venue and installation. It’s these combinations that are indicative of where the London hospitality scene is at the moment, and why we’re now looking at a golden age of food for the event industry,” said KP Kofler, CEO and founder of Kofler & Kompanie.

“We’re convinced that the future of event services lies in the ability of companies to provide dynamic experiences for their venue partners and clients. Through temporary installations and food innovation, we see real opportunity,” added Éadaoin McDonagh (pictured), the Kofler & Kompanie UK MD.

Kofler & Kompanie also operates two London restaurants and events spaces, The Magazine at Serpentine Sackler Gallery and Farmopolis Café on the Jetty at Greenwich Peninsula. Following the acquisition of Mustard Catering, Kofler & Kompanie now offers event catering and hospitality to customers in six countries, on three continents with over 400 staff.
