Best Western Cresta Court Hotel launches booking service with live meeting availability

The Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham, in south Manchester, has launched a new live booking service with partner venue, allowing corporate customers to book any of its small meeting rooms with less than 24 hours’ notice.

The hotel claims it is the only hotel in Manchester offering the service, and says the tool is targeted mainly at PAs and direct meeting bookers, who are often tasked with booking a meeting room or small event space at short notice.

The hotel says searches for available space and going through the booking process takes less than five minutes. Users are promised live availability, avoiding the need to call to confirm a room is available on a chosen date. Payment can be taken by company credit card or by invoice once an account is set up.

Paul Hindley, general manager of the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, said: “We have completed extensive refurbishment to our meeting rooms in the last two years and have since noticed a growth in short lead time meeting bookings. This new system will allow our PAs and direct corporate bookers immediate access to live meeting space availability, enabling them to book more quickly, easily and within their short lead times. We are the first hotel in the area to launch live availability with our partner venue, and already it is proving a popular addition to our services.”

Customers who make meeting bookings to the value of £1,500 on the new system before the end of February will be entered into free prize draw to win one of two Fit Bits.

The hotel has also recently opened its new Allen suite that can host up to 10 people theatre style or 40 in a boardroom format.
