ITN to put AAE Associations World Congress in the news in Vienna

The Association of Association Executives (AAE) has revealed the programme for its Associations World Congress, to be held 2-4 May 2017 at the Austria Center Vienna. ITN and Eye Film will be among organisations contributing to the event’s content. 

Organisers are forecasting 300 delegates will attend to hear key speakers, streams and sessions.

The International and European Association Awards ceremony will be held Alongside the congress on the evening of 3 May at the Hofburg Vienna. The awards are free to enter and free for shortlisted associations to attend. They are supported by the Institute of Association Management.

Twenty associations shortlisted for the Association Awards will share and discuss their case study projects the afternoon before the awards. 

There will be a day devoted to digital related content and looking at member engagement strategies, CRM and MRM, successful online communities and tribal marketing.

Neuroscience and Neuromarketing will be another topic in a stream delivered by the Neuromarketing Science and Business Association.

Organisers also promise presentations on thought leadership from PwC and professional development and eLearning from professional bodies.

The speaker line up includes: Andreas Felser, executive director of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine; Simon Shelley – head of the ITN Industry News, part of the global ITN news organisation and Konrad Friedrich – head of conference management and marketing at the European Society of Radiology.

The AAE’s executive director, Damian Hutt, said: “We have another packed programme for our Associations Congress which we are really excited to be bringing to Vienna.”
