Global media company A+E Networks appointed brand experience agency 2Heads to deliver its presence at MIPCOM in Cannes last month, the global market for entertainment content, and is retaining the agency going forward.
The contract was awarded following a competitive tender and 2Heads.
The agency worked to develop a collaborative creative concept for the event, including an interactive central hub, a terrace lounge and a series of meeting zones, with the intention of bringing the audience closer to the A+E creative process and culture. The experience showcased key content from the A+E Networks channels and hosted buyers from more than 40 countries.
Chris Gargani, VP Creative at A+E Networks International, said: “MIPCOM is the largest global industry event of the year and a key marketing activity for our business. 2Heads demonstrated a clear understanding of our brand as well as the needs of our audience. Their bold creative and storytelling approach allowed us to engage with key buyers in an innovative new way.”
Jane Baker, commercial director at 2Heads, added: “Creativity and collaboration is at the heart of the A+E Networks brand, so we were thrilled to have the opportunity to work together with them to bring our concept to life for MIPCOM and their future events.”
2Heads counts BBC Worldwide, Playtech, Bombardier and Sony among its clients and has offices in the UK, USA, France, Dubai and Hong Kong.
