Wickham House: one year on

A year after it opened to the corporate market, Wickham House is adding new options to event bookers to offer more choice. The venue has been successful in attracting the likes of Vodafone, Microsoft, Powwow Events, Group7Events, Zibrant, Grassroots, Reed & Mackay, AOK and Quintessentially.

A short drive from London’s Heathrow Airport, the venue is set in a secure and tranquil country environment and offers efficient technology, innovative activities and partnerships.

Recently updated events spaces include:

The Barn

A stylish recently built solid oak-framed barn providing a flexible space including bar, mezzanine, fibre optic broadband, projector with white screen and a 55″ TV screen. It can accommodate up to 24 delegates in a seated format and 80 standing

The Pavilion & Walled Garden

Only available between May and September inclusive, this al fresco area can be utilised as an add-on to the Barn for daytime business meetings, or equally available to hire for larger scale corporate entertainment. The Pavilion holds up to 12 delegates, extendable with a marquee to hold 36 delegates and is an ideal space for team breakout sessions. The Walled Garden is a unique location to host larger scale events such as product launches or receptions for up to 100.

The Dining Room

The formal Dining Room in the main house offers a grand setting in which 16 people can celebrate an important event or mark the departure of a valued colleague in elegant surroundings.

The Marquee Site

A six acre site generously positioned in front of the main house, which can accommodate structures of any shape and size and up to 400 people. Parking for 250 cars is available in an adjacent site but out of view.

Family Fun Days

Partnering with both Blue Hat and ACF Team Building, on a site of approximately 15 acres, the Wickham House setting allows for events attended by up to 1,500 people.

Developmental Workshops for Senior Management

Working in conjunction with Poisson Rouge’s Mark Katz, a leadership development facilitator with over 30 years’ experience, substantive programmes have been created. This offering can be purchased and attended exclusively or on an individual basis.
