Top Banana crowned at Birmingham Post Business Awards

Events specialists Top Banana have been crowned Creative Communications & Digital Business of the Year at The Birmingham Post Business Awards at the ICC on 26 October.

Creative director and co-founder Richard Bridge was thrilled with the awards, saying: “We always push the creative boundaries here at Top Banana but never at the expense of our clients’ business goals. The trick is to understand exactly what our client wants to achieve through their event and then be creative in delivering something that really touches the audience … connecting the head and the heart.”

“It’s testament to a lot of hard work behind the scenes by a team of people not necessarily on the front line, but whose contribution to the business is absolutely fundamental to our success” added MD and co-founder Nick Terry who reflected: “It’s a proud moment to stand up there and be handed an award like this.”

Established back in 1999, Top Banana has grown in recent years, now employing 52 people across two offices and working with major brands including Kellogg’s, Primark, Danone and Bentley to deliver events across the globe.
