The event will utilise the entire venue, which overlooks Pendigo Lake and will feature an exhibition and refreshments provided by award-winning caterer Amadeus.

The five suites will be used for breakout seminars and offices – with two of the rooms being combined via the venue’s innovative skyfold walls to make a theatre style conference with large stage set.

Sales director James Elston said: “SAS is the perfect fit for the Vox as the event showcases top of the range analytics software. As a venue, technology is an integral part of every event we host. We pride ourselves on being able to offer clients a new world of conferencing, and as the world’s largest vendor in the business intelligence and analytics market who look to modernise the way organisations extract insights from data, SAS’ ethics are perfectly aligned with those of the Vox.”

Rachel Lockwood, marketing director for SAS UK & Ireland, added: “We were really impressed with the venue in terms of suitability for SAS Forum UK, which brings together our customers and analytics experts in a series of keynote and customer presentations, software demonstrations and networking opportunities.

“It has the flexibility to meet on all these fronts, plus it has an impressively modern feel to it. It’s also convenient in terms of transport links and nearby accommodation. Finally, its central location is ideal when you have customers travelling from all over the UK.”
