Global software provider etouches, who specialise in cloud event management software, has announced the launch of a new product: event ROI. The product is being regarded as a breakthrough as it enables event professionals to gain a comprehensive view of the value their events generate and the real-time means to improve outcomes.

The event ROI product was developed to address event professional’s increasing need to demonstrate the value that their events add to their organisations. With marketers spending more than 25% of their budgets on events, the need has become ever more critical for organisations to gain valuable insights so that they can achieve performance at scale.
