London Breakfast Meetings Week returns to The Deck at the National Theatre for the third year on 3 October. A list of activities has been drawn up which aims to challenge perceptions surrounding early morning meetings, and encourage people to do business more efficiently at breakfast.

Running from 3–7 October, the highlight of the programme is an exclusive London Breakfast Meeting Week Open Morning, taking place Thursday 6 October.

The Deck, on the roof of the National Theatre, overlooks the South Bank, City of London and the River Thames and is an ideal place to watch the city wake up.

Visitors will have the chance to network with key events media and organisers and as well as influential professionals, where they will have the chance to learn more about the benefits of morning meetings.

Health blogger and author Sarah Malcolm and Instagram health enthusiast Jess Moses, who is also events and creative manager at Deliciously Ella, will be on hand to offer tips on powering a productive meeting with a nutritional breakfast. They will also be hosting a smoothie station. Yuji Chinese Medicine will be offering massages.

Tineke O’Brien of The Deck said: “London Breakfast Meetings Week has been such a success over the past two years and we are delighted to be hosting our open morning for the third year running.”

She added: “The Deck is really versatile and is ideal for corporate clients as a meeting space given the natural daylight and the stunning view. There is scope to improve the way breakfast meetings are done and it is exciting to see how the initiative is developing across the capital.”
