Corporate clients can now book online through hotel websites

Kew Green Hotels is now offering their corporate clients the opportunity to book small meeting spaces online via their hotel websites. The meeting room booking technology is powered by Meetingsbooker.com and allows companies to immediately access rates and book meeting rooms online in a matter of minutes.

Kew Green Hotels operate over 50 hotels across the UK including Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Ibis Styles, Courtyard by Marriott, Richmond Hill Hotel and the Grand Brighton.

“We realised some time ago that our clients needed a fast easy way to book our meeting spaces. The Meetingsbooker.com white label-booking tool allows us to deliver online bookings in minutes. So far the system has exceeded our expectations and we are now rolling out a new promotion offering 10% off meeting rooms booked online,” said Joanna Fisher, director of sales UK, Kew Green Hotels.

Meetingsbooker.com allows companies to book over 70,000 meeting spaces around the world. They are the Airbnb of meeting rooms; you can browse and book meeting rooms online in hotels, co-working spaces, museums and even private offices.

“Our white label system solves two key problems for hotels. First, it removes the time sales staff spend responding to enquiries for small meetings. Secondly, a company can book in minutes without all the hassle of calling the hotel and sending multiple emails,” said Ciaran Delaney, Meetingsbooker.com’s founder.
