Event registration service provider Event Connections has announced it has won a contract to deliver delegate management services for three annual conferences run by the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG).
Event Connections will be delivering onsite and pre-event delegate management for over 2,200 delegates. These services will include a customised online registration solution using Event Connections’ in-house system, online and offline delegate enquiries and onsite registration and badging.
The agency will integrate its software with existing UKOUG systems.
UKOUG annual association event for its membership will be held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham 5-7 December 2016.
