CYE Group plans to transform lead conversion rates with new HUB

Ilminster-based venue and event search engine operator CYE Group, claims its newly launched HUB, an intelligent venue promotion online control centre, is the answer to its clients’ ROI tracking challenges.

CYE does not operate a commission-charging model, with event enquirers contacting venues direct via its site, and says it has previously been difficult for venues to quantify how well their venue pages on CYE sites, including, were performing.

Now, the company claims its HUB enables venues that have a paid their subscription to track lead generation ROI with 100% accuracy, and obtain extra event enquiry conversion, as well as management tools and reports.

CYE explains that organisers can use HUB to send event briefs and enquiries, with the system recording the enquiry, the venue’s response and any subsequent conversation that ensues.

HUB monitors response and conversion statistics, allowing venue managers to see how much genuine event business is generated by their page on the site. It also enables them to review the speed and quality of their team’s responses and at which point non-converted leads went cold.

“We had a problem,” admits CYE Group MD, Ben Gray. “We knew our venue finding sites were performing well, but couldn’t show this to our clients without compromising one of the core principles of our business – direct contact between enquirer and venue.

“We’ve made considerable investment in our systems to create HUB, and I believe it could have a massively positive effect, transforming event lead conversation rates for venues.”

Gray adds that if a venue hasn’t responded to an enquiry within 24 hours, the new system sends a reminder.
