Event marketing and attendee management company, XING Events, has expanded its product portfolio to now include an improved online presence and a free ticketing tariff within its pricing model.
XING Events says its new ‘Basic’ tariff, which offers no fees for free events, better aligns the XING TicketingManager (formerly known as ‘amiando’) more with the needs of conference and trade fair organisers,
Other services include the ‘Business’ tariff for self-service ticketing and the ‘Professional’ tariff for individually-tailored solutions for more complex trade shows and conferences.
XING Events claims to have helped organisers sell and bill 8m tickets worldwide at more than 210,000 professional events.
As part of XING AG, the social network for professional contacts, XING Events boasts it can connect to more than 10m potential participants in German-speaking regions with relevant events.
The new XING Events services also include new customer relation management services beyond the actual event itself.
The aim of the improvements, says professor Dr Cai-Nicolas Ziegler, CEO of XING Events, “is to support event organisers at each stage of a business event with the right solution”.
