Business travel agency CTI has made two new appointments at its Bristol hub office.
Caren Woodman has been promoted to lead the company’s Bristol hub and operations in the South West and Kate Hemmings is the new sales partnership manager for hotels. She joins with 16 years’ experience at some of the world’s largest hotel groups including Hilton.
Bristol has been a key CTI hub since it was opened in 2013, following the agency’s acquisition of Hotelscene.
Today, CTI Bristol handles over 700 transactions per day and employs over 50 people and the agency now claims to be one of the UK’s top 20 corporate travel providers.
Clive Wratten, CEO of CTI, said: “Bristol is a longstanding and key hub in CTI’s regional network, and we identified the opportunity to enhance its offering through further investment in our team.
“I’m sure that both Caren and Kate will make a substantial contribution to our hub, enhancing our expertise there in hotels, and in sales and client management.”
CTI has divisions specialising in Corporate Travel, Hotels, Meetings & Events, Marine Travel, Rail and Sports Travel and the company employs 150 people across six offices – Manchester, London, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool and Hull. There is also an international division, CTI Global.
