launches white label booking engine for venues

Dublin-based, which offers 70,000 meeting spaces in 134 countries, has launched a white label booking system for venues to use on their own websites.

The meeting room booking engine can be added to meeting venue websites allowing them to accept online bookings for space. The system includes a yield management tool that allows venues to vary meeting room hire rates based on occupancy, lead-time and room type.

The booking engine is specifically designed for smaller meeting spaces.

“Venues now realise they need more than a meeting enquiry form on their website,” says founder Ciaran Delaney. “They can see that people now want to book meeting space online. Venues also want to free up sales staff time handling smaller value bookings. Our system does all the work, the venue can sit back and simply welcome clients when they arrive for their meeting.”

Venues can customise the software to include their own branding, design, booking rules, special offers, sales and catering options, as well payment modes, Delaney adds.

Since launched the system in early 2016 the company claims nearly 500 hotels and conference venues have signed up and are going live with the system on their own websites.
