Sundial SOS, venue-finding arm of the Sundial Group of venues, has reported year-on-year growth in business of 30% for 2015.
Responsible for placing over £5.2m of meetings and events spend in both the UK and abroad, the Northamptonshire-based company, first established over 20 years ago, claims it has added several new clients in the past 12 months.
Sundial SOS general manager, Rebecca Carter says: “2015 was a great year for Sundial SOS. With a strategic focus on new business, we acquired multiple new clients. We reported a significant increase in billback agreements; indicative of the trust we have gained over the years.
“Looking ahead, 2016 is all about customer service. We have just significantly invested in our team with the recruitment of Chloe Russell Flint, (venue finder) and the promotions of Lisa Neophitou, Senior (senior venue finder), and Rachel Buswell (account manager).
“Ongoing, training will be key to making our team the best it can be to ensure we continue to offer a personal and tailored service for our customers.”
Carter tells CN that in 2015, 15% of SOS spend went into the Sundial venues.
