London events venue, Kings Place, announces a partnership with travel company, Eurostar, to attract organisers from European countries to hold their events in London.
Due to the close proximity of Kings Place to the Eurostar terminal at St. Pancras International and Eurostar’s growing presence in the MICE market, the two companies have launched a combined promotion featuring a booking incentive for all enquiries received when they both exhibit at IMEX Frankfurt for the first time, from 19-21 April in conjunction with London & Partners.
Kings Place will be encouraging delegates to travel to London by train while Eurostar will in turn encourage bookers to utilise the venue and its 400-seat auditorium.
The ‘Eleven for Ten’ promotion is exclusive to all enquiries received at IMEX Frankfurt: For every 10 DDR bookings at Kings Place, organisers will receive one delegate place free of charge, Eurostar will match this and also offer 11 tickets for the price of 10 on journeys to London.
The Kings Place ‘Classic DDR Package’ is priced at £85 and includes: auditorium room hire, teas and coffees throughout the day, pastries on arrival, a food stall lunch and both mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks including cakes and biscuits.
A high specification AV package is also included, with screen, projector, stage, PA system, lectern and microphone, all managed by in-house AV and sound technicians, stage manager and ushers. The classic DDR is available for up to 400, with minimum numbers of 150.
