Venue marketing consortium Conference Centres of Excellence (CCE) has launched the first four training courses for its new Learning and Training Academy.
CCE has entered into a partnership with Paje Consultancy to offer training courses bespoke to the hospitality industry, and to be delivered alongside associate partners Rattray Milne, and the Conference Doctors.
The first course: ’Revenue Management Excellence for the Conference Market’ takes place in May, followed by ‘Conference and Event Enquiry Handling Excellence’ in June. They are open to both member venues and the wider hospitality audience.
The next courses will be: ‘The Insider’s Guide to Agencies and Sharpened Propositions’, also in June, and ‘How to get Excellent Results from Research and Telesales’ in September.
