Well Met Conferencing is the MIA Gold Accredited conference office at Leeds Beckett University providing a portfolio of award-winning venues situated in both city centre and suburban parkland locations.
Well Met offers a variety of unique and flexible spaces for conferences and events all year round including the iconic Rose Bowl, The James Graham and Leslie Silver buildings.
2015 proved to be a very successful year for the conference office, with an increase of 18% in revenue from 2014.
Well Met welcomed almost 25,000 delegates through the door, with over 1,200 events taking place throughout the year. Success is attributed to the development and expansion of the conferencing and catering teams as well as the launch of the new brand identity in early 2015.
Well Met hosts conferences both large and small, with term-time capacities of up to 350 delegates and 3,500 during the summer months. Up to 23 three-star AA bedrooms can be used year-round on Headingley Campus while over 3,000 rooms citywide are available over summer, ideal for large scale residential summer conferences.

Increasing the capacity for our expanding business remains a key priority and new projects are underway for us to accommodate this. We are also developing our wedding offering this spring; opening up our historic Headingley campus as we look to welcome new audiences.”
