BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has acquired Plan 365, Inc., a marketing logistics agency specialising in pharmaceutical and high-tech industries. The acquisition, the agency believes, will help it to expand services for its life sciences customers and high-tech market footprint.
The move strengthens the agency’s current Life Sciences Center of Excellence in North Carolina with new service offerings such as compliance and speaker bureau management solutions. It also adds a unique go-to-market management model for high-tech customers.
“This acquisition adds nearly 50 dedicated experts to complement our existing team delivering full-service event-to-enterprise solutions out of our Life Sciences Center of Excellence,” says BCD M&E global president Scott Graf (pictured). “Acquisition is instrumental to our strategic growth plan, and Plan 365’s client-centric approach and overall company culture are a perfect fit for us.”
Plan 365 offers services including speaker bureau management, virtual meetings, web conferencing and other specialised programme management services.
Plan 365 was founded 10 years ago and led by Carey Barnes, who will continue to lead Plan 365 services under the new ownership structure.
