Worcestershire-based events and communications agency drp has reported increased turnover of over £15m for 2015.
The company says it hopes finalised figures will mean a 20% increase in profit, compared to 2014.
The team celebrated its year end results with a conference and party held at drp’s Worcestershire studios. Four interactive sessions were created for all 172 team members to experience, ranging from health and wellbeing and data security to presentation skills and positive thinking, all led by external professionals.
Group CEO, Dale Parmenter outlined plans for more growth ahead and said 2016 would see a continued, active approach to CSR and further growth within the team and investment in resources and facilities.
“2015 has been challenging and a very busy year,” he said. “We hit a milestone with our 35th (anniversary) and increased team numbers by 30. It’s brilliant we’ve been able to achieve an increase in GP. I’m excited for what’s in store for 2016.”
drp also recognised its top performers with the Brilliance Awards, the agency’s reward and recognition programme.
Production manager James Nam (pictured with Parmenter) won the ‘Anything’s possible team member of the year’ award and a trip Chicago.
