Aveqia, connecting through gastronomy

At the beginning of this week, some of the Mash team enjoyed team building through active cooking at Aveqia, London. Separated into four groups, each group took an hour to prepare a meal collectively creating a four-course dinner. Chefs Eric Allouard and Roger Rahaman taught the lesson and explained the accompanying dinner and dessert wines.
