St Albans-based events furniture supplier JMT Indisplay has appointed Richard Jarvill as managing director with immediate effect.
Jarvill joins JMT Indisplay from the Canadian Oil and Gas company, where he headed up operational support within the logistics group of the corporation.
Jarvill follows Alex Robertson into the role who is retiring.
“I am looking forward to the challenges that lay ahead. I have some big shoes to fill; Alex is a knowledgeable individual who has done great things with the company and I’m fortunate that we will be conducting an extensive handover,” he said. Robertson joined the company in 2012 and had overseen the establishment of environmental procedures through to the investment in new spray booths and upholstery services. He will be retained by JMT Indisplay in a consultancy capacity.
Jarvill will be working with the new CEO, Jasper Stultiens, who has commited to further investment in the UK business.
JMT Indisplay is wholly owned by parent company, Boemer Rental.
Global provider of brand experiences, Freeman, meanwhile, has beefed up its EMEA leadership team.
