Lane End Conference Centre joins the IACC standard

Lane End Conference Centre in Buckinghamshire has joined the International Association of Conference Centres (IACC).

IACC is a global professional association representing small-to-medium-sized conference venues and Lane End joins 360 venues in 21 countries in its fold.

IACC CEO Mark Cooper welcomed Lane End’s “commitment to delivering the IACC Meetings Experience”.
“By them conforming to our global quality standards, we have established that they will provide meeting planners and event organisers with the confidence and trust required, and that they have chosen a quality venue and committed team to look after their meetings, conference or event,” Cooper added.

Director of sales and marketing at Lane End Heni Fourie told CN: “IACC membership will help us continue to raise both the level of service and the quality of product and facilities. IACC is known for its quality standards and representation of small and medium sized conference venues and we feel they represent everything we stand for. We’re looking forward to taking advantage of the many opportunities that comes with the membership.

“First and foremost, however, IACC is a great source of ideas and I’m confident they will continue to be an inspiration for innovation when it comes to staying at the top of our game.”

Lane End is currently developing its Pavilion building and bedrooms in the Wycombe Court building. The full refurbishments, including a new reception, are due to complete in the summer of 2016.

Fourie added that becoming part of the global association was further good news following a record end of year figures.
