Live events agency Goose will deliver the 10th annual Costa Book Awards in London on 26 January.
The Goose team will manage the event following its involvement over the past nine years. The agency will oversee logistics, creative design, and production.
The Costa Book Awards, previously called the Whitbread Book Awards before being taken over in 2006, honours books of the year written by authors based in the UK and Ireland.
There are five categories: First Novel, Novel, Biography, Poetry, and Children’s Book, with one of the five winners chosen as Book of the Year.
Goose Live Events director, Sam Trevenna, said: “It’s my favourite event of the year and we are proud to have worked on it since 2006. We are looking forward to seeing who this year’s winners will be.”
Kate Clarke, PR manager in the UK and Ireland at Costa, said: “The quality of this year’s entries is fantastic and we are delighted to work with Goose again to produce this prestigious event an help reorganise these extremely talented authors.”
