Manchester-based events management company, the Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC), has brought in two additions to its team, as the agency reports festive season bookings up by 20%.
The agency has appointed Emma Palmer as events manager, and Laura Callaghan as a 12-month intern on the corporate events team.
Palmer brings four years’ experience from working at TEP Events International, and before that Hewlett Packard.
The agency reports its Christmas bookings surge has been mainly in the private events sector. It also says budgets for festive events have increased marginally, although remain static year-on-year.
Liz Taylor, managing director of TLC, said: “We’re forecasting good growth in our private events business of around 30% by the end of the financial year and a small increase in the corporate market.”
