Beginning to sound a lot like Christmas at PCCC

The trend towards retail points rewards is embracing conference venues, it seems, as the festive season approaches. Organisers enquiring about and booking event space at central London venue Park Crescent Conference Centre (PCCC) are, from 1 November, able to earn Marks and Spencer vouchers.

The reward scheme is to run for six months, according to PCCC conference manager Karen Bramley.

“We’ve had a record year with 21% growth and wanted to do something a little bit different to say thanks to our clients. We also wanted to entice new organisers to enquire and are confident when they visit they’ll be won over by our venue,” said Bramley.

Bramley explains that, for every £100 of enquiry which results in a provisional booking, 50p worth of vouchers is amassed.

For every confirmed booking, an additional £1 worth of vouchers per £100 of spend is clocked up.
Bramley says average spend is approximately £3,500 per event at PCCC, which means organisers could clear over £50 by way of the incentive.

The M&S Rewards scheme runs to 31 May at PCCC and organisers must quote ‘M&S Rewards’ during their first conversation with PCCC’s sales team to qualify for the vouchers.

Park Crescent Conference Centre can host up to 300 guests for meetings and is located opposite Great Portland Street tube station.
