A venue finder, accommodation and event management agency, has doubled its portfolio in the last year.
Accommodation contract wins with exhibition organisers Fresh Montgomery and the Farnborough International Airshow propelled the number of Zibrant’s clients to 50, with more than 100 shows live on its books.
The agency said that investment in the accommodation service over the last 12 months means it can now offer a bespoke booking service to suit the changing needs and requirements of organisers, exhibitors and visitors. It claims clients are assured of a measurable return on investment through detailed data reporting and a dedicated account team.
Recently appointed to deliver accommodation services for Fresh Montgomery as part of a two-year contract, Zibrant will provide a bespoke solution, which will include a state-of-the-art booking system, personalised marketing and communications and a dedicated team of sector experts.
Hannah Wilkinson, director of sales at Zibrant, said: “We’re excited to see how this area of the business is growing and the Fresh Montgomery win is a great reward for the investment made. It’s great to be working with such a prestigious company, especially as the Montgomery company celebrates its 120th anniversary this year. Our investment in technology underpins the service, making it possible to deliver efficient systems which can be adapted to meet specific requirements.”
Janice Edmunds, operations director at Montgomery, said: “We were really impressed with Zibrant’s offering, we felt it was a one stop shop for our exhibitors to get the best service and the best prices when looking at their accommodation needs. We look forward to working with them on establishing a fully-integrated system which will complement our business strategy and help us to maintain and improve the high level of customer service we expect for our clients.
