Smyle Group, the Hertfordshire-based live communications agency, says investments made over the last six months, including a refined approach to client services, the acquisition of Pumphouse Productions and significant new account wins, are set to propel the company to a record annual turnover of £11m.
The forecast, if realised, would represent a 50% increase in turnover compared to 2014.
The agency says a key aspect of this performance is the development of a broader client mix, assisted by growth across some key existing clients and winning a number of new key customers across the media, telco and financial sectors, including Google, HP and EY.
Group managing director Rick Stainton said momentum in the first half of 2015 was down to the hard work from every department in the company.
“They are delivering industry leading creative solutions, as well as progressive internal improvements in process, culture and the way in which we look after our new and existing clients,” he said.
“The resultant growth matches the objectives outlined in our three-year plan initiated in 2014, aimed at the business developing quality, strategic and long term customer relationships with the best expertise available in the industry, across our live events and video services,” Stainton added.
