BI Worldwide boasts record results, seeks more staff

An agency has released its unaudited accounts for the last 12 months.

A spokeswoman for BI Worldwide told CN the full accounts will be filed at Companies House “in the next few weeks”.

The Milton Keynes-based agency is claiming record sales and an operating profit that has doubled in the last 12 months. According to the agency’s figures operating profits are up 136% at £2.5m (£1.1m in 2014); sales have increased 38% to £44.5m (£32.2m); and gross profit is up 33% at £12.5m (£9.4m).

The unaudited accounts do not show the cost to the agency of growing its workforce to more than 210 and expanding into Russia and Germany.

Mike Davies, managing director, said: “Every single member of our team deserves this result. Their determination, talent and sheer bloody hard work has delivered an exceptional result.

“At the heart of our strategy is our people. A good culture with a motivated team will always deliver great work to clients. Achieve that and the numbers fall into place. Our staff turnover rate is very low at just 11% and we are actively recruiting for between 15 and 30 new positions this year.

“We continue to proactively search for suitable acquisitions, although with this level of exceptional organic growth we will continue to be very cautious in selecting the right companies to buy.”
