Ashfield powers Land Rover’s Rugby World Cup client drive

Leicestershire-based agency Ashfield Meetings & Events (M&E) is coordinating extended programmes for 550 international guests of Land Rover during the Rugby World Cup.

Land Rover, an official worldwide partner of the tournament, will host a total of 5,000 guests at various stadia across the country over the duration of the competition.

Land Rover has 25 extended programmes taking place in eight locations across Britain, from Brighton to Scotland. The programmes last between one and 10 days and are designed around RWC matches and activities to deliver a true taste of Britain, as well as offering brand immersion.

Ashfield M&E will manage venue sourcing, event management logistics, activities, dinners and transport for the programmes. The agency is also coordinating delegate registration and management for 5,000 Land Rover guests through a dedicated portal.

Ashfield’s dedicated Jaguar Land Rover Global Events Team, over the past 12 months, has managed over 100 events ranging from 10 to 2,500 attendees for the car-maker.
