Vista talks the walk for BMW

The managing director of a creative communication agency personally coached the senior staff of the BMW Group UK on how to talk to partners and colleagues.

Vista delivered four back-to-back conferences and gala dinners in Liverpool for the major automotive firm.

The events included BMW Group UK Retailer Conference, the MIN I UK Sales Conference, the BMW Group UK Aftersales Conference, and the BMW Group UK Sales and Marketing Conference.

This was the first major conference with the new chief executive officer Graham Grieve.



James Wilkins, managing director (pictured) said: “I really worked with him on the way to present to this audience for the first time. The objective was to get three important strategic goals into one simple message. People do not retain a high amount of data. We had to coach the senior team so that they could put over a narrative and get the audience to commitment rather than compliance. It combined all the best bits about Vista.”

Wilkins said the Leeds and London-based agency designed the flagship event at Liverpool’s Echo Arena ‘in-the-round’ so that all presentations felt like a dialogue with the audience.
